Bar ST&

This is a casual special course (with 90 minutes of all-you-can-drink included) available only during dinner time, based on American BBQ cuisine and sprinkled with the chef's signature French techniques.

The course consists of 6 to 8 different dishes using seasonal ingredients.

As an example of a course

1. Amuse Smoked Tamatebako

2. Appetizer: Grilled scallops with crispy hydroponic salad

3. Soup: Light and fluffy burnt pumpkin soup

4. Seafood dish: Shrimp scampi

5. Meat dishes: King of brisket or Saroma Wagyu steak

6. Final dish: ST&Special Ochazuke

7. Dessert: Homemade bright red strawberry sauce
